From the moment we walked in, Dr. Nelson and his entire staff made us feel welcome and valued. What stood out to me the most was the personal connection Dr. Nelson made with my son. He didn’t just talk to me as the parent—he spoke directly to my son, treating him with respect and involving him in the conversation as a young man.
