They are friendly, professional, and always make the check-in process easy. Dr. Nelson is absolutely awesome! He is fun, has a great sense of humor, and somehow manages to make an orthodontist appointment feel like something you actually don’t mind going to. 😂 He is currently taking great care of both me and my son, and I truly appreciate the attention, patience, and quality of care he gives us. The back staff is amazing as well. They are knowledgeable, well-trained, professional, and you can tell they truly know what they’re doing. I always feel confident that we are in good hands. The entire office has such a positive atmosphere. Great people, great care, lots of laughs, and excellent service. Nelson orthodontics is a good place. I have been going there for Three years and I have only had to wait one time, all my other visits have been on time and I’m out of there within 20 minutes. The people are very friendly and helpful

From the moment we walked in, Dr. Nelson and his entire staff made us feel welcome and valued. What stood out to me the most was the personal connection Dr. Nelson made with my son. He didn’t just talk to me as the parent—he spoke directly to my son, treating him with respect and involving him in the conversation as a young man. That personal touch meant so much to both of us and made my son feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Nelson and his team took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. They even walked me through the financing options, making sure I fully understood everything before making a decision.
