⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My son came in for a consultation with Dr. Nelson after already having braces from another orthodontist, and I can honestly say this experience was completely different. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Nelson and his entire staff made us feel welcome and valued. What stood out to me the most was the personal connection Dr. Nelson made with my son. He didn’t just talk to me as the parent—he spoke directly to my son, treating him with respect and involving him in the conversation as a young man. That personal touch meant so much to both of us and made my son feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Nelson and his team took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. They even walked me through the financing options, making sure I fully understood everything before making a decision. After feeling unsatisfied with my son’s previous orthodontic care, I finally feel confident that we are in the right hands. The professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were exceptional. I cannot wait for my son to begin treatment with Dr. Nelson! The service was top quality. The doctor and the hygienist was able to answer questions posed. The appointment was on time. I was in and out in a timely manner.

Top notch service! The team is as quick and efficient as possible for an orthodontist office. Dr. Nelson is great, except for being a Cowboys' fan (joke). The staff is professional and courteous; I'd definitely recommend to anyone.
