The visit for my braces was quick and almost pain free. The staff was very courteous.

If I could find a way to give an office more than 5 stars, I would take the time to find that way and do it. First off, Dr. Nelson and the other doctors are phenomenal. I try not to use words like "perfection", but I truly couldn’t find another word for them. The front desk always greets me with a warm smile and a happiness that brightens the rest of my day. Though, it can be very busy at the front, they always take the time to talk with whomever comes through the door, regardless of what may be going on in the office or in life. As far as the assistants in the back goes, there is no one better. Going to the doctor's office has always been a rough experience for me because of anxiety and past traumas, but the assistants here are exceptional. They ease my anxious mind and have helped me feel calm in the chair. I couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist or experience. I recommend them consistently and now with straightened teeth, I recommend them while I wear a smile and a new self-confidence that I didn’t have originally.

Dr. Nelson and his team changed my life. They are very professional! I appreciate their patience and their commitment to give me the smile that I’ve always wanted. They truly care about their patients and the end result of their orthodontic procedure. The front desk people are always polite too and always answer my calls when I have an emergency. I would recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10!

Never had a bad experience from all 4 years that I've been coming to this office. Everyone knows what they're doing and I love the team work that I see while I'm there. I would 1000% recommend anyone who needs braces/invisalign come to this practice! Dr. Nelson is fast and efficient and a nice man.

The technician and customer service representatives were professional, polite and courteous. They allowed me to speak my concerns and answered all my questions.

Since getting my braces April 2022, Dr. Nelson and his team have been doing excellent work, ensuring that the few issues I’ve had with my wiring/brackets were handled promptly. He and his staff are also very patient and friendly.
